Nicole J. “Nikkie” Rossetti, LCSW, LCADC
Hello! I’m Nicole J. “Nikkie” Rossetti, LCSW, LCADC (licensed in the states of New Jersey and Oregon). I received my bachelor’s degree in social work from Rutgers University in 2013 and my MSW from Columbia University in 2014. I enjoy baking, DIY projects, SCUBA diving, camping, and spending time with my dog, Bailey.
I specialized in behavioral health treatment for substance use disorders/addiction early in my career before switching to private practice with a focus on work with young adults, women’s issues, stress management, and the treatment anxiety disorders for adults. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, pulling from CBT, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, DBT, IFS, Behavioral Activation, Humanistic and other therapies and paradigms.
Additionally, I am the Director of Mental Health and Wellness at The Boys & Girls Club of Garfield (which is my hometown) where I am creating a program and initiative to support the emotional wellbeing of elementary-aged children. I play a leadership role and provide clinical supervision to a small (but mighty) team.
The purpose of this website is to share meaningful information with current and potential clients, interns, employees, and anyone else who can benefit. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my knowledge and feel that I grow myself when I instruct others. Thank you for sharing your time with me!
Keith Brouca, LPC
Hi there, I’m Keith Brouca, LPC--licensed in both NJ and PA. I graduated from Montclair State University with my bachelors in 2003, then went on to Seton Hall for my Master’s in Counseling-Education Specialist (Ed.S). I've worked in a variety of settings with both children and adults, and I specialize in trauma treatment and LGBTQ+ needs. For over 6 years, I've been treating clients with a blend of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed approaches, Mindfulness, and more.
I know therapy can feel mysterious and overwhelming--I've been in your shoes. I've also seen how we can overcome depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family conflicts, trauma, and more when we work together. With kindness and understanding, I can guide you through the scary first steps of starting therapy and help you get to a place of healing and thriving.
In addition to loving the work I do, I also like to spend time reading fantasy and sci-fi novels, table tops gaming, and enjoying live music. Feel free to contact me to have a brief consultation to see if we would be a good therapeutic fit. I look forward to meeting you!
